Listings marked PRACTICE are not sale offers. Seller claims, identity and vehicle history are not automatically verified; inspect independently. These draft site terms need New Zealand legal review before a wider launch.

Seller choice in this test

During this hosted beta, Free Basic is a 14-day listing for eligible private, auction and approved trade listings, with no AI model processing. The temporary one-use founding AI pilot is currently unavailable on the free host. Proposed AI Lite is NZ$1.99 for 14 days, AI Assist is NZ$4.99 for 30 days and AI Plus is NZ$9.99 for 45 days; these paid options are unavailable and no payment is collected in this beta. All plans allow up to 24 listing photos. AI Lite analyses up to the first 8 eligible photos; the pilot, AI Assist and AI Plus analyse up to the first 16. AI results are editable suggestions and unverified observations, never repair proof or a guaranteed approval. A moderator decides publication.

Before public launch

The live terms must explain seller type, listing and auction fee schedules, when bids form an agreement, buyer premium, ownership/title checks, auction operator role, refund and rebate conditions, report coverage and limitations, privacy and dispute/appeal processes. New Zealand counsel needs to approve the terms against the operating and payment model and actual service features.
